I have it on good Scottish authority that they do NOT wear any...however I don't know whether this guy was or not...It was freakin cold...You HAVE to know that one of the first questions I asked when DD started dating a Scotsman was about what's under their kilts...what can I say, you know me...hahahahahaha! My mom would be proud, she most definitely would have asked…and probably looked!!!!!!!!!!! =-)...hahahaha!
